Shipping policy:

Any order purchased online will have no shipping charges .
For ( COD) Cash on delivery will have no shipping charges for cash on delivery transactions,payments will be accepted only in cash when product is delivered.
Partial refunds will not be entertained.

By return policy

The PIN codes serviced by us frequently updated so if we do not deliver to you PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed. Shipping will be done only in Delhi and NCR. We dispatch our orders within 24 hours and unbox delivery from the order confirmation date.
If you don't get your delivery by the promised date,,The Spg will be give you 20% discount to the original payment method within 3-4 days.
( Spg will also give you facility of night delivery ).
All disputes are subject to delhi jurisdiction.

Spg 10 day Return & Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied within the product Spg Return & Replacement policy offers you an option to Return or Exchange a product within 10 days from the date of delivery.

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject tou availability of item in our stock. In case of Exchange you will get coupon code by SMS and E-mail for same amount you paid. Then you can order a new product of your choice after applying coupon code at checkout. The return will be accepted within the return period of the product.

Please note in case of multiple product in an order, partial refund is not acceptable. Refund of the entire order only will be entertained. Refund will be applicable only in case of single product.

At the time of return please make sure that product is in its original packaging along with the invoice.

Below mentioned are the conditions that would not be considered valid for the return of the products purchased.

Headphones: The seal of the box must be intact. In case the seal is found in void the product will not be returned unless there is any manufacturhng defect found. But, this should be done only within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Watches :These should be returned in the original packaging. The frame or glass should not have any scratch and the crystals (if any) embedded in the frame should also be intact. Shoes: There should not be any fold marks, dirt or scratches. If found, the shoes will be considered as used and will not be returned . Refund is valid in case if you received wrong product and we don't have your selected product in stock.

Otherwise if you are having any size or fitting issue your shoe will be replaced refund request will not be accepted in not liking case.

Note: The item you purchased with the term sale in product name is cannot replaced or exchange.

What is Spg Return & Refund policy ?

We believe in customer satisfaction. However, if you're not completely satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 10 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the amount paid. We ask that you return us the product in thi original condition and unused along with the original packaging, tags and accessories (if any).

Returns, Exchange and Refunds are valid on all the orders.

Once the product is received at our warehouse it goes under a thorough quality check. If the product passed the quality check process, then you will get Replacement/refund.

How, The return process works?

Reverse pick-up from your shipping address, our reverse pick-up facility is available at which are given by our logistics partners under their serviceable network.

We will inform you about the same at the time of accepting you return request.

How long will the return process take ?

Once we received the product at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes upto 24 hours. As soon as the product passes the inspection. We will re-dispatch the new product within 24 hours, subject to availability of product.

The refund process for the money will be initiated only after the product is received by the Spg.

You will get a call by our executive and asked for the confirmation of the discount coupon or bank transfer after we receive the product and that havd passed the quality check process.

You can choose a refund through gift card or NEFT to Bank Account, For NEFT to Bank Account, you will need to add a bank account for refund.
